There are no makers marks found on either shaker. (The previous owner told us that she had them since the early 1950's) Each plastic white hen measures about 3 1/4" tall by 3" long and 2 1/2" wide. They each have their original red plastic stoppers on the bottom for easy ingredient refill. The red crowns on the top of their heads are hinged so, when tilted, they will flip out slightly in order to dispense salt & pepper, respectively. One is identified on the front chest area with a 3 dimensional, 1" wide by 3/4" tall, red "P", outlined in black, while the other is designed with it's partner - the "S". What a fantastic opportunity to add an extremely unique Chicken S&P Set to your collection! They are detailed with slanting grooves and highlighted with indented black eyes & eyebrows.
