There are no chips, cracks, crazing marks or repairs noted on this BEAUTIFUL HALL CHINA collectible! The GOLD trim on the jug's handle and rim is nearly 100% and the STUNNING Pink Rose designs on each side are IMMACULATE! The "HALL SUPERIOR QUALITY KITCHENWARE" name & logo is stamped on the bottom of the pitcher, as is "MADE IN U.S.A." The HEATHER ROSE decal dinnerware was produced from the same E-style blanks used for the Granitetone dinnerware which hall produced for Sears in the 1940's. The decal is a pink rose with green leaves which are interspersed with delicate white baby's breath. Although this pattern dates to the 1950's & 1960's, it is not plentiful Some dealers and collectors confuse the Heather Rose pattern with a similar Hall pattern - Primrose. Both patterns utilize the same E-style shape and a very similar rose decal, but the Primrose does not have the dainty white sprigs of baby's breath ~ the PERFECT highlight! Measuring about 5 3/4" high, 7" from handle to spout and 4 3/4" in diameter at it's widest center area, this pitcher/jug holds up to 1 1/2 quarts of liquid.
